2 Thin slices of fresh ginger
1 cup Boiling water
Sugar to taste
A refreshing addition to any Chinese dinner.
Steep fresh ginger slices in boiling hot water for 10
minutes. Add approximately one teaspoon of sugar per
cup of water.
